Pre construction site Inspections:

  • Observe existing conditions and verify whether or not new design will work with structural and utility challenges
  • Observe property layout and organize job logistics for a plan of limited guest interference and disruption of normal operating routines
  • Take all dimensions of existing site for verification of quantities and take-offs for owner provided materials
  • Determine the best means of on site staff living conditions in order to limit cost to client for housing, subsistence, etc

Designer/Architect Draft reviews:

  • Determine availabilities and lead times of all specified materials
  • Formulate RFI’s to clarify intent and feasibility
  • Distribute to familiar subs for budget credibility
