so that the project will have an overview timeline to be used by the Project Manager, the Hotel liaison and the design team.  We use Microsoft Project as our software.

We will also construct a bar chart schedule showing a daily description of sub contractors and their individual tasks so that they can be tracked to the day!  This method will intercept project difficulties before they are unable to rectify.  We have found that most clients prefer this schedule as it presents a more exact day to day account of the project.
